It protects the barrier function of the gastric mucosa and prevents pathogenic microorganisms from coming into contact with the wound. It also has a healing effect on the gastrointestinal tract due to its regenerative properties. The drug is widely used in the treatment of both reflux esophagitis and ulcers. 
If the contents of the stomach return to the esophagus during belching, the drug protects the mucous membrane by eliminating irritation in the esophagus as it is in the form of a gel and prevents the development of inflammatory processes. PROGINATE relieves pain caused by the reflux of stomach acid and bile into the esophagus. Even discomfort in the esophagus and stomach completely disappears 3-4 minutes after taking the drug. 

Indications:   
• Symptomatic treatment of dyspeptic conditions associated with gastroesophageal reflux and peracidity of gastric juice; 
• Gastroesophageal reflux (during heartburn and regurgitation); 
• Feeling of heaviness in the stomach after eating (including during pregnancy); 
• Diaphragmatic esophageal hernia or Hiatus hernia; 
• All epigastric and retrosternal conditions caused by reflux.
