The combination of vitamins D3 and K2 ensures the timely and loss-free metabolism of calcium. Vitamin D3 facilitates the absorption of calcium, creating the necessary conditions for the next phase of metabolism. Similar to chronic haemorrhoid-induced problems, micronised diosmin and hesperidin can significantly reduce pain, seizure, itching and bleeding. In the postoperative period, they reduce bleeding and reduce the edema (swelling) of soft tissues. 

Oak bark – Oak bark extract (Quercus Robur) works in haemorrhoids, sweating of legs, cracks, irritated skin after sunburn and minor burns Tannins, with their astringent and soothing effect, eliminate inflammation on the skin and mucous membranes, heal wounds, and help relieve the symptoms of hemorrhoids.

RECTOVENAL thanks to its antibacterial, hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous, and protective properties, eliminates swelling, stops bleeding, protects against infection, accelerates healing, and supports regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes.

LETRA

Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among women and is becoming more common every day. 

LETRA is used to treat certain types of breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

LETRA belongs to a group of medicines called aromatase inhibitors. It is a hormonal (or “endocrine”) breast cancer treatment with Letra. Growth of breast cancer is frequently stimulated by estrogens which are female sex hormones. LETRA reduces the amount of estrogen by blocking an enzyme (“aromatase”) involved in the production of estrogens and therefore may block the growth of breast cancer that needs estrogens to grow. 

LETRA does not cause changes in plasma levels of LH and FSH; does not affect the concentrations of TSH, T4 and T3 and, accordingly, the functions of the thyroid gland. 

Recommendations for use:

Letra is not used for diseases with negative hormone receptors. Letra is prescribed in the following cases:

• Early stages of invasive breast cancer, the cells of which have hormone receptors, in postmenopausal women, as adjuvant therapy.
• Early stage invasive breast cancer in postmenopausal women after completion of standard adjuvant therapy with tamoxifen for 5 years as extended adjuvant therapy.
• Common hormone-dependent forms of breast cancer in postmenopausal women (first-line therapy).
• Advanced breast cancer with the development of relapse or progression of the disease in postmenopausal women (natural or artificially induced) who received previous therapy with antiestrogens.

Ribaxan

RIBAXAN is one of the main drugs of choice in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases, blockage of blood vessels and stroke especially increased in our time.

As an anticoagulant, that is, an anticoagulative drug, RIBAXAN is a highly selective, direct Factor Xa inhibitor. Inhibition of Factor Xa prevents formation of thrombin which is the main component in the blood coagulation process and thus prevents formation of blood clots, as well as inhibits the internal and external pathways of the blood coagulation cascade. Thus, it effectively prevents excessive blood clotting and the diseases it causes.

Since RIBAXAN does not directly inhibit thrombin (activated Factor II) and has no effect on platelets, the risk of bleeding is almost minimal, so it can be prescribed in combination with other selected anticoagulants (for example, aspirin, clopidogrel, etc.).

It is easier for patients to maintain blood clotting at a normal level, since, unlike previous drugs, RIBAXAN has a wide therapeutic profile and high safety. At the same time, there is no need for constant monitoring (blood clotting tests) of patients, as before.

It also has a healing effect on the gastrointestinal tract due to its regenerative properties. The drug is widely used in the treatment of both reflux esophagitis and ulcers. 
If the contents of the stomach return to the esophagus during belching, the drug protects the mucous membrane by eliminating irritation in the esophagus as it is in the form of a gel and prevents the development of inflammatory processes.
